My doctor's visit went like a movie -- the good, the bad, and the ugly. The Ugly is my hands with their new lumps. Looks like I get to live with the lumps. The Bad is I still have RA. The Good is a lot of the swelling and inflammation has gone down. The best improvement is in my knees but generally there is improvement everywhere.
Think I will check into doing water aerobics.

Latest Events
Latest events in my RA saga are:
Blood measures are back in line after decreasing the amount of Methotrexate
I have developed some very hard lumps at the base of my index fingers -- looks like I have 2 joints. They don't hurt just look weird.
I have also noticed a swelling between my first two finger knuckles on the back of my hand -- much more noticable on my left hand. This area sometimes looks like a really ugly bruise because it is sometimes very dark.
I don't hurt very much which is a very good thing. By the end of the week my pain level is on the rise and things hurt more but about 24 hours after my Methotrexate I feel pretty much like I was.
I go to the doctor later this week for my check up.
Stressors:
My husband has lost his job (2nd one in 12 months) because his company has been acquired by another company
My boss is retiring at the end of June which means I might not have a job in July, probably will have but the potential is there
Then you have the general stessors of living andRA.
I need a spirit pick up!
Pick Ups:
My husband loves me!
One son has moved to Texas so I will get to see him more often.
Another grandchild (#13) will be born in late August-mid September.
I can get up most mornings and move my hands without pain!
